Tony Sartorius – Chairman

Tony has over 30 years of manufacturing experience, initially at Britax automotive lighting business, which had plants at Droitwich, Worcester and Bridlington. He was involved in the MBO of BSK Aluminium, a large diecasting and machining group, where he took the role of Group Finance and Commercial Director. Tony has a strong track record of business development through organic growth and acquisition. He trained and qualified as an accountant at Brintons Carpets in Kidderminster.  Tony is also a fellow of the Institute of cast metals engineers.

Martin Haynes – Managing Director

Martin started his career as an apprentice foundry technician at the age of eighteen and has been working in the foundry industry ever since. He joined Alucast Ltd in 2011 from Bridge Aluminium as quality manager, implementing process improvements and managing new product introduction. Martin took on the role of Technical Manager in 2014 and now manages both roles for health and safety.  Martin was instrumental in guiding the company towards its achievement of IATF accreditation.

John Swift – Group MD

John has over 25 years of foundry experience; he began his career at Barton Aluminium then spent 15 years at BSK Aluminium as Technical Director working alongside Tony Sartorius. He is highly skilled in foundry design, development and manufacturing techniques. He has a proven track record of successfully managing foundry operations and is well respected in the industry having held senior roles at Triplex and Bridge Aluminium. He is a qualified member of the British Foundry Institute and an Incorporate Engineer.  John is also a fellow of the Institute of cast metals engineers.
