BS EN ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognised quality management system, which encompasses all aspects of the business from the receipt of enquiries through to the despatch and delivery of products.

The standard is broken down into the main areas of the management system with each area being controlled by its own set of operating procedures. These procedures are subject to periodical internal audits as well as having to undergo external audits from an internationally accredited organisation.

All key areas of the system are analysed and the results published internally to allow us to monitor the continued effectiveness of the system and to ensure that continued improvement and customer satisfaction is achieved.

In addition to the requirements detailed in the standard Alucast also utilize were ever possible techniques developed for the motor trade, these include Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control Plans, Process Flow, and layout as well as having the ability to carry out capability studies.
