Decades of casting excellence - proudly made in the Black Country.
Founded in 1967. Five employees, one process, one belief.
Alucast was founded in 1967 by Mike Clayton as a sand casting business on Bentley Mill Lane, Walsall - five employees, one process, and a belief that British manufacturing could be exceptional. Since then, we've grown into a 55,000 sq ft facility in Wednesbury with 120+ people, four casting processes, in-house CNC machining, and one of the strongest order books in our history.
The Black Country made us. The same no-nonsense, can-do work ethic that defines this region runs through everything we do - from the way we respond to enquiries to the way we handle complexity that other foundries turn away.
Our story, year by year.
