• Usage data - with your consent, anonymised analytics about how you use the site (pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type).

02How we use it & our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation - lawful basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To improve our website through aggregated analytics - lawful basis: your consent (you can withdraw it at any time).
• To run the website and keep it secure, using the technical data above - lawful basis: our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

03Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers (data processors) who handle personal data only on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. - hosts this website and processes the technical data described above.
• Resend - delivers your enquiry, any file you attach, and our acknowledgement email to the right inboxes.
• Google - Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), only if you accept analytics cookies. (Our typefaces are served from our own website, not by Google.)

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the ICO’s International Data Transfer Addendum. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

05How long we keep it

• Enquiries and attachments - kept in our email system only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then securely deleted.
• Analytics data - a maximum of 14 months, in line with our Google Analytics configuration.
• Technical data - server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period only, for security and troubleshooting.
• Your cookie choice - until you clear your browser’s site data.
